Dear Nuha thanks for question. Here is the answer as per my knowledge. Unfair termination can be covered under directors and officers liability, if an employee is able to sue and prove that their employment was unfairly terminated D&O will respond. Employment practices liability insurance covers a business in case it is sued for wrongful termination by a former employee. The cost of an EPLI policy depends on the number of employees and the history of the business Business Liability EPLI coverage is sometimes still included in a business owner's liability package or a directors and officers package. A professional liability package such as architects and engineers liability, dentist's liability or commercial enterprise liability generally covers against allegations of professional malpractice or misconduct made by a former client rather than a former employee. Business owners concerned about the risk of a wrongful termination lawsuit usually must purchase EPLI coverage separately.

In my opinion this type of coverage is not available in the private insurance companies because there is a public  policy that exist to  regulate and arrange such cover under SOCIAL INSURANCE program , however private insurance company may partially participate with social insurance to compensate employee in case of losses due any accident related  to the employee job during or while the working hours and the cover is available to the  business owners to purchase under insurance policy title's  WORKMEN COMPENSATION.

 With my very best wishes.

" If I' understood the question"

It is known in the medical insurance, if an employee terminated, the Company (employer) can ask for a return premium, against deletion/termination of the insured employee, this premium will be pro-rata for the unused insurance period - until the end of the contract- for this employee (and his dependents)

usually no-it needs special agreement-policy

This can not be done because final decisions are approved by the Director General
