The Four developmental levels in Situational Leadership (1) - Paul Hersey and Ken Blanchard:

1. D1 - Incompetent - Unwilling

2. D2 - Incompetent - Willing

3. D3 - Competent - Unwilling

4. D4 - Competent - Willing

 

Situational Leadership 2, which is the theory further developed by Ken Blanchard after he left Paul Hersey has the same model but while changing D1 and D2 to be opposite of Situational Leadership Theory 1.
