How a distributor should gain the confidence in attracting businesses from the companies which are already procuring from the manufacturers?

Hi Adil,It's a quite difficult for a distributor to be more attractiv than a producer for a customer.

It's possible in somes cases :- when you have exclusivity of a Producer brand in your area- when you have your own brand - when the customer need many products from many producers in the same time - when you can offer more service than the Producer (delivery, payment terms...)- when you have a strong Customer Relationship management

and finally when you are persevering !!!
