Forensic Accounting and Forensic Auditing both are one and the same.Forensic Auditing is known in these two names one actually ,another colloquially.

 -Forensic Accountoing.

Audit is an independent examination of financial statements to give a reasonable assurance that they present a true & fair view.So audit is not forensic bcs its for going on companies.
Forensic accounting is a practice of reviewing the books of a failed business operation or fraudalent one in order to determine what went wrong, where cash left, how much cash left and how the fraud was committed.
