SELECT THE  ROW OR THE COLUMN YO WANT TO DELETE 

PRESS Alt + E + D (in all Microsoft  Office Version )

to select the row : press shift & space

to delete it            : press ctrl & "-"

 

for the columns :

to select the column : press ctrl & space

first delete row or column by pressing "ctrl + -"and then press f4 for repetaion the deletion.
