Turn Off AutoComplete in Excel2003

For help with these steps, see the image to the right.

    1. Click on Tools > Options in the menus to bring up theOptions dialog box.
    2. Click on the Edit tab.

 

    1. Remove the checkmark from the Enable AutoComplete for cell values option box.

 

    1. Click OK.

 

    1. AutoComplete should now be disabled

 

  1. To re-enable, just check the box again
