This is a bit of a subjective question.  The level of difficulity will differ from one person to the other.  The CPA exam is not an IQ test, anyone has the potential to pass the CPA exam.  What really matters is your level of commitment and discipline.  It's more of a marathon, you'll have to commit yourself to long hours of study for long periods of time (i.e. usually months), before completing all four exams.
