The theory generally calls for a formalized administrative structure, a clear division of labor, and delegation of power and authority to administrators relevant to their areas of responsibilities.

How do you think the definition of 'Organizational Administrative Principles’: - "To follow the value and code of conduct of the organization and to meet maximum criterion for the attainable objectives those to be cherished by the existing human resources by the rules and policies. The administration should follow the below behaviors:- 1) To urge the procedures from the policy maker for urgent solution. 2) To find out the faults and fissures inside the existing human resources. 3) To find out the specific external threats. 4) To maximize the solution to drive those threats. 5) To grab the opportunity from any type of social status. 6) To share the opportunistic facilities from the society with all other departments. 7) To unbound the ties of working phases for better coordination and communication.
