Yes it would be different for  CEO's versus to other personnel in the company.

 

The  key qualities that need to be seen or concurred are

 

  • Ability to get along with people and carry them along.
  • Visionary to develop business
  • Motivate personnel to deliver
  • Task master.
  • Positive and  optimistic
  • PR Skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Integrity and honesty
  • Identify the right person for the job.
  • Promote a culture of growth and harmony in the company.
