PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for implementation of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines as instructed. Duties include: data management system documentation and reports as required on significant trends; work in conjunction with the safety committee and management to further employee HSE initiatives; maintain employee data on safety; train new employees and coordination for new employee safety training; oversee & conduct facility safety meetings and material; act as liaison with insurance carrier and maintain, in addition review regulatory documentation to maintain facility compliance with regulatory agencies .Activities include but are not limited to risk identification and management, incident reporting and investigation, waste minimization, pollution prevention and control, various compliance activities and implementation of various aspects of management systems in all areas of HSE.
