Well, I think the problem with teachers is not only a direct teacher problem, it is more a problem of educational policy. Teachers are obliged to introduce techniques and innovations to their classes; the management of these techniques is beyond the scope of the teachers. Teachers lose track of their main roles and get distracted.
In the past, teaching was simple- mono track; now the case is different and teachers can not cope effectively.

I generally agree with A and C but it seems to me the less teachers are on the job it means that you do not have to be as good as in case of abundance of poeople on the job. If there's a shortage everone is needed...
