if you have4 years of experience you can go for PMP. And even if you want more challenge, I suggest you to go for CCP (formerly known as CCC/CCE certification).

Hi Neeraj, to answer your question, CAPM would provide you with the fundamentals for project management, but does not qualify you to become a project manager, it would be a good step to start as a projects engineer or project coordinator
