receiving end voltage becomes more than sending end voltage because of Ferranti effect on no load cicuits.

Yes, receiving end voltage becomes more than sending end voltage because of Ferranti effect on no load cicuits. Consult any elect engg book to know about Ferranti effect. Answer of Mr. Fayyaz is true for power (or energy in kWh) in case of loaded circuits, but not for voltage.
