Its Nitrogen. its a less flammable gas and does not act as a reactor to fire. It is also a cooler gas that will help the tires during landing and take off

Aircraft Tyres are filled with Nitrogen Gas due to lower thermal expansion and lack of moisture or oxidative qualities, as opposed to air. This ensures that the expansion and contractions of aircraft tyres are minimal during a wide range or operational temperature (varying from° C to -° C). Nitrogen Being an inert gas also ensures safety by being inflammable.
