I would love to be as professional in field of hospitality as my ex manager. I would love to follow his principles in work that the mail role is for the staff. As nicer you are to them, as much you trust, listen to their fresh brain advices and as motivated staff you have as much hard worker you will get. For sure there are the smallest staff who uses nice manager and trying to waist a work time for nothing. They deserve to leave a team fast as a dismotivative people
My previous boss--He used to give freedom to implement my own strategies--I could gain more learning through him.
