because people who make the numbers while the numbers can't make the people
simply because the people are the sole reason why numbers flows in to the company. if you dont have people who takes care of his job and makes it his own then there is no way that the company can sustain
because , if you have controll over people, and do good things , to them, naturally the number increases, otherwise you will be no were.
Because the majority are not always right. Also to better your people skills, and your position in a specific field one must know that a person is not just a number or a bag of money. For example, I would rather have ten loyal customers come to my shop then to have20 one time buyers. I bulid a relationship with my customers and I will be able to make sure that I will have a steady income flow in my opinion, although it is tempting to get alots of customers it is not certain that they will return.
Grow your people and they will grow the company figures. In this fast changing business environment, the pace of learning, unlearning and re-learning must be really high if a company wants to strive. And this means that managing people comes first.
