Good grades that you get is due to your hardwork, smartness or your creativity.Does this sentence make sense "Your hardwork, smartness, creativity is due to your good grades".Certainly it doesnt make sense.Good grades is some time a means to measure your intelligence but its not a necessity for being creative.Good grades may boost your morale sometimes. So i think dont mug the notes and try to score good marks,I suggest score good marks by learning new things, creating and innovating from what you study.Ya grades do matter!

"success inevitably calls for more success" does not guarantee a successful life e.g. some of the more successful persons like creator of Microsoft, Dell etc and in the line of physicists Newton are the big example proving that success is not based on good grades earned in academy.

No doubt, good grades open doors for more opportunities during the studies and in starting a career. But the most incredible thing is the CONFIDENCE level which touches the sky after achieving good grades. Confidence in itself is a gate to successes.
