Kaisen means continuous  improvement, terminology used first in Japan as part of the Lean Manufacturing methodology.  The moto behind it,  is: " Tofay better than yesterday, tomorrow better than today".

'Kaizen' means Continuous improvement which was originally derived from Japan. Kaizen is basically linked with total quality management. Its purpose is to maximize quality near to perfect by reducing inefficiencies ( Reducing costs).
