in my humble opinion, we can do an nslookup for the particular website and add a route to direct the request to127.0.0.1 for that IP.
the downside to that method is that, it should be used for only a couple of sites because populating a router with too many entries would slow it down.

if the route to proxy which disable accessing such site, then the answer is yes :)
Hi yes you can block website via routing i.e domain filtering , Login to your router interface and from there you can block , it depends what kind of router you have
