A stroke of insight is something that comes out during conversation or by simple but thorough observation of people - your internal customers or external audience. It is that moment that can occur anytime, any day when you feel strongly that THIS INFORMATION can be positively utilised - towards the objective (s) or it can re-define the objective(s).
Stroke of insight is quite literally the AHA moment where you realize what drives a particular consumer behavior. Typically, a stroke of insight would come after many hours of research, probing, continuously asking why.
