Teachers deserve respect from their students without limitations of some specific fields of study but they should realize the fact that the students of this modern age are wiser and have better understanding of various things, attitudes and skills. It means that they expect more from their teachers.

According to my experience the teachers who deliver with more dedication receive more respect from their students and are really loved by them.
