In sales the sales person needs to understand the needs of the buyer first then match the product/service to what the buyer actually needs.It is unfortunate that most sales people actually have to convince the client to take up a product without matching the benefits to the needs.I think a scenario of only where the buyer sees his needs are being met by the said product/service that the buyer can actually beg the sales person to sell him the product.
The sales process is always focused on the customer needs and requirements and this convincement will be built by too much efforts & studies to realize the customer and consumers demands.
Our customer (Buyer) requires this product or that as per the need and benefits of the product to him. The sales team will meet the customer reuirements accordingly. Product value in the market will be affected and determined by the market elements which are all times variable and sometime the buyer is looking for a certain products without need a lot of efforts to convine him.
Salesman duties are mainly show the buyer the quality and benefits of the product to him with highlighting main features of the product compare with other. This will creat a real value to the product and let the buyer selects the relevant one as per his satisfaction and need.
