If the goods are not as per the specifications, you need to contact sender/supplier immediately. You may need to send evidences for the variances/deviations in products identified to sender/supplier. You also need to check return and refunds policy that you agreed upon at the time of buying those goods. If the clause allows, it the responsibility of the supplier to call those goods back and refund the buyer. All the related expenses shall be borne by sender/supplier. In extreme scenarios, you might need to contact your legal advisor
