Since manual testing takes more of your brain in finding bugs they not be paid more? Automation may fail without proper reason(re to functionality)?

I don't think the payment will be based on whether he/she are involved in manual or automated testing. I think both manual and automated testing need the good brains to find the bugs and report them to make the system bug free and stable. It's not like manual needs more brainy power than automated. Its my view. Let other friends do share their views on this topic. Thanks.
