You can bring improvement(let Revolution word be used by  non professionals) by putting in appropriate Process  Controls.

Accordingly,Barrier Audits,caution points and Look Back& Check Again points may be designed so as to enable a smooth "quality journey".

Ensure that no process goes to next customer without meeting the  specs/parameters in all respects.
