This depends upon the type of environment you have previously worked with. Some prefer MAC and some Windows. According to my understanding the best platform for Front end engineers would be a Windows computer. The reason is that Windows is far more user friendly than a MAC OS. It is flexible and most of the softwares are compatible with Windows.
From where I am seeing, it really doesn't matter either you are using PC or MAC. For me, both have same values but definitely, both have advantages and disadvantages.
MAC - you can see perfectly on exact pixels on test and production environment.
PC, more flexible plenty of software solutions, cheaper.
MAC is dominating the market for what relates to web development in general and Front End Development in particular
For me I'm using PC it helps me when checking if the website is working with no errors on a different browsers.
But I think MAC is better
Both are powerful, but for coding purposes i prefer using a PC because of its flexibility
PC is the best option because of it will be user friendly.
pc is better than mac system
I believe there isn't much of a difference in the programs, obviously controls will be different. Macs were targeting different markets than PC's, A few years back price would have been an issue with Macs out of reach for personal use but nowadays it's what you are comfortable with since applications are the same on both platforms that takes us back to there isn't much of a difference.
This one I think depends with the exact speciality.
Macs are awesome because they are hadder to hack compared to PCs.
