An Executive may provide the following benefits for the employee or for spouse who have either severe illness or disabilities or sudden death.
a) Welfare in the case of severe illness of employee:
1. Approval for medical leave for that employee
2. Granting of treatment and nursing allowance
3. Recommendations to physicians and hospitals
4. Allocation of emergency transport facilities.
5. Praying with all personnel for properly cure of the employee
b) Welfare in the case of disabilities of employee:
i. Approval for retirement benefits
ii. Recommendations to physicians and hospitals
iii. Approval of group life insurance benefits which applicable for disabilities
iv. Issuing appointment order for qualified spouse to join the same office/company/factory.
b) Welfare in the case of sudden death of employee:
1) Approval for retirement benefits for the affected family members.
2) Approval of group life insurance benefits.
3) Allowance qualified spouse to join the same office/company/factory.
