In a 4 floors building which way is more economical and suitable to install addressable fire alarm control panel or to use conventional one?

in my opinion that's refers to use of the building and to the owner of the buildinggenerally;

for my opinion the addressable fire alarm suitable to install for the4th floor building,the conventional is not economical because you should install conventional type of fire alarm system in every floor. the defference between addressable FACP and conventional FACP is the addressable can reset the panel thru any location unlike the conventional reset the panel by individual. the advantage of addressable are determine the location of the alarm signal.example: smoke detector, manual pull station, break glass station and others. the conventional type of fire alarm indicate only the zone.
