Customer Satisfaction is about handling the customers in a professional way, deliver what the organization promised and make sure to provide them with the best service and meet their expectations.

 

Customer excellence depends on too many factors include customer satisfaction. it means that the customers are more than satisfied in a way that they would recommend the product or service to others.
