Sure, With BMS you can monitor and control all the main requirements of the building, You can do that locally from the workstation (PC - Based) or remotely from any hand held devices (Based on the connectivity of the system to the internet).

You can set all the parameters, time schedules, acknowledge alarms and delegate them, receive consumption reports and plan for maintenance scenarios.

 

So as a commen value you can't control what you cant measure.... BMS is a real value to any building
