any risk analysis cannot be done without the consideration of5 important steps:1. "what, why and how " which means what is the existing risk "hazard", why we do this exercise "aim" and how we will do it "scope".2. who will be harmed ? the company, the workers, the environment, the surrounding community ? and how this will happen?3. evaluate the risk and define the likelihood and the severity of these risks. then define the way of controlling these risks.4. recording the findings and execute the control measures5. review the assessment and update it frequently.
