if a host in network A request for facebook using ip address192.168.2.1 also another host in network B request for youtube having same ip address as network A host  i.e192.168.2.1. when the requests comes to server the server forwards the requested data to its routers at router NAT translates the adresses back to its default addresses.

NAT is the main idea about conserving the global public IPs from running out.

The idea behind NATing is to use a single public IP for several private IPs which is used by the machines inside an office. This was gives the freedom to use as much private IPs as needed inside the network and while communicating with the internet all private IPs will be NATed to a single public IP.
