Give employees a holiday to send them to upgrade transport and training as well as giving them tickets

Every organization will have certain job-centers, wherein, the very nature is repetitive, day-after-day. 
The Team Lead / Manager must put his best effort to see that BORING is avoided, to the extent possible, by applying variations. 
Some of the measures could be: Job Rotation, among the available resources  Change the place  Change the environment  Change the shift-time  Encourage to bring in innovation  Add extra temporary roles ...........etc

Ask them to add in their daily routine job the "nice to have" and not only the necessary! They will definitely feel more useful and creative and many good ideas will come up!

You reward and recognise their efforts accordingly for example by promotion, make the job more challenging and enhance their competencies.
Location change and role change will ease boring jobs for example transfer them to another office or give them a new role.
