How can you draw a table in excel without using format as table or table format?

Select the number of cells you want to add into the Table and Press Control+T.

In simple:  

1.Go to Insert Menu in (Drawing tool format) and Then click "SHAPES OPTION". In Illustration.

2.  Select the "RECTANGLE shape to draw a table". in simply select and drag wherever you want to drag , it depend upon your criteria.

3. Then select  :TEXT BOX "  by way of Illustration in shapes to create a " COLUMN AND ROWS".

NOTE: By select of text box you have to enter or type  the words either numeric as per your requirement.

OTHER WISE .

You will create a table with the help of , by using BORDERS.
