Microsoft Excel - How can you fill blank cell under column - Country in below table without manually adding in each cells, like UAE has?

or use both formulas IF and ISBLANK

Four methods in this case:

1. Click on the relevant country cell and take the cursor to the right lower corner on the cell.  watch the sign changing to +.  Drag this + thru all the cells where you want the content copied.

2.Press Ctrl+d in the blank cell below the relevant populated cell.  This will copy the content of the immediate upper cell.

3. Go the the relevant populated cell and press ctrl+c and then go to the cell where you want the content to be copied and press ctrl+v

4.Go the the relevant populated cell and click on 'copy' icon in the ribbon (under Home tab - left corner).  Then go to the cell where you want the content to be copied and click on 'paste' icon in the ribbon (again under Home tab - left corner).

I guess no option available as of now. You need to copy-paste or CTRL+D (fill-down)

This can be done by making the cell with country name active, and then dragging the cell down from right bottom corner to the desired cells.

By using the mouse

 

Put the arrow on the left down corner for the cell until bold (+) appears and drag the plus to fill as we need

you can do it by find and replace command 

find empty cells replace with UAE

By Clicking the Edge of the Last Cell or By Drag it down up to where you want to fill. and to select the UAE Cell and Select below Cells up to where you want to fill and then press CTR+D
