Hi Muhammad

Dreamweaver makes it easier to produce well developed aesthetic designs than hardcoding, but, not necessarily better. If you are a very good HTML and CSS programmer then you can produce equally beautiful if not more beautiful designs.

I recommend using Dreamweaver because of it's functionality, e.g. it can test run your design on various browsers and also point out problems that the browser might have to display your site correctly.

So, yes it is better for beginners and intermediates but if you are an expert Website designer/programmer then you can produce the same result, however, in some respects Dreamweaver automatically produces a lot of code that makes the design process a lot quicker as well.

There are also some web hosting sites which have a built-in website designer with pre-formatted styles which makes it possible for the average person to produce aesthetically pleasing fully functional websites, one of them as an example is "000Webhost".

I hope this helped. Good luck and Enjoy.

In general NO, Dreamweaver is a tool that has many good features for hand coding, insert snippets by drag and drop, live preview, file manage, transfer, and synchronize files and folders between local and remotes sites .

You should know HTML and CSS to make good designs
