JPEG images display ...Go to the image Ctrl+C then click into your model space Ctrl+V then drag the window out to however large you want your image to be....

 and one can easily bring an image file in by clicking insert, and raster image ... of type PNG, JPG, or JPEG. ... Insert Tif File into AutoCAD LT ...

yes when we insert any image in to Auto AutoCAD, it is integral part of file. so Option -A is correct.
