Construction of Dams are governments projects so governments have to offer an acceptable  compensations for the loss of the communities homes otherwise government make serious action and use power to relocate the communities, but In so many cases people don’t want to settle to other place. in this situation they  have been flooded out when the dam authorities started to fill the reservoir after their community refused to accept the inadequate compensation offered for the loss of their homes from the government.
