Very important customer is coming in to your office,you are the one to face the customer, what would you do? And how would you handle him?

He is known to be rude and a difficult customer to be handled.Even the top management including the MD is afraid of him because of the power he poses. And the other people who knows this and they slip away.

With greeting and handle like any other customer but ill consider his reputation for being rude and treat him with calmness
