How much do you agree with the statement "Quality commitment represents the top management's attitude toward customers"?
I completely agree that Quality commitment represents the top management's attitude.
However its the responsibility of everyone to be meticulous. And basically ensure that its not just mere a mission or vision statement.
Now as far as the implementation is concerned. We can use many principles from TQM and lean six sigma. Making a system mistake proof using poka-yoke. And thereafter using DMAIC and PDCA cycle to continually improve other critical points.
These are of course just the basic tools, there are many more which can be used.
Quality commitment is a must : everyone need to have a quality mindest within the organisation
but it is insufficient alone, a compagny need also to ensure the continuous product's supply and avoid any stock outs or near stock outs which can harm her reputation and affect her market share.

I agree quality commitment will succeed to the customer satisfaction will leak good bound with the customer and increase the business sustainability
It is everyone responsibility and should be driven from Top Managment
I agree with the statement.The statement fairly and accuraretley represents the conduct and role of the top management in delivering quality to its customers. Valuing the customers often leads to high sales.
