Audit Firms of Qualified Professionals ( Accountants, Auditors ) can audit Books of accounts of companies. We are refer External Auditor for those who are doing audit.

Once Books of Accounts audited , it is reviewed by Internal Auditor ( if any) And Board Of Directors of the Company.

The internal auditors also review the books but with a view to assist the management in devising a sound system of internal control and its application.
