While teaching English, should teachers strictly follow the prescribed curriculum or they should teach according to the needs of the students?

by Teaching student prescribed curriculum we can only make officers out of students, but by bringing about the innovations into the class, we can make great thinkers out of the students. we need to teach students how to think, what to think, let them decide.

It depends upon the time frame and the stuff to be taught. If a teacher can provide more knowledge in the given time it's not a bad idea, still sometimes it can lead students to a confusion. Therefore, teachers should be very careful in making such decisions.

we can have it as guidance. teachers can decide  on according to time and the students level so teachers should be flexible ones .we should behave according to the required objectives that we put on our mind
