To an extent all are apt & correct but would differ in business domains & environment. However, to stay in business of good or service, the most important and non-negotiable clause is to service your customers well. Good customer services and good customer care are one and the same in the retail industry.

Remember the Customers is golden goose that lay the golden eggs for the Retail business  These customer will come to our retail business every day and Customers services is part of the Retail Busines

When we render better customers services the customers is repeated coming to our business of retail business of Hypermarkets / Malls / QSR  etc 

When we offer better customers services it mean great servcies are offered to the customer and customer care is  upto mark the Customer Care is the ICCU UNIT of the Retail Business.

If there is no customers services than you will run out of business of the retail.
