To become a good FMCG professional, we need to give equal importance to our consumers and customers while taking strategic decisions. Agree? If not, why?

Not agreeing when looking from sales department. The strategic decisions which affects consumers will be decided separately, since marketing dept. also have lot of activities and works to do in that. But a FMCG sales professional should look for more support for the customers (retailers), because what ever you are planning (promotion or new launch) will get executed only by pumping the stock to the market and that is the ultimate goal of any strategy.
I have been writing for bayt.com for more than 6 or 7 years but no response and there is no attentions.
