1- Rheumatoid arthritis classically spares distal interphalangeal joints of the hands, unlike psoriatic arthritis.

2- Psoriatic arthritis is one of the seronegative arthropathies (Rheumatoid factor negative).

3- anti-CCP antibodies are highly specific for rheumatoid arthritis.
