Personally, my realization is - Our Middle Eastern Entrepreneurs and the TOP managements need to take HR as a functional Role/division rather than a Support role.
i believe you have to have reference for job or know someone to get a job, piece of paper is everything, it is does'nt matter for company to trained the personal and spend more money to adequate them, practical world totally different to theortical world.
