IF YOUR PAGE LEFT TO RIGHT: the by selecting five header names of columns or rows, the other five will be inserted if you clicked right click and choosed insert column row

Simply 

1- Select next five rows or columns by mouse

2- Right click 

3- Insert

Select Five Columns and click on Insert Tab and than column. Or Select five columns press CTRL & + button and than select column and ok.

If you need to insert five rows or columns at a time, then select five rows or columns and right click and click on insert. So many rows or columns will get inserted.

Select5 columns and press CTRL+C then right click at any column index and choose insert copied columns.
