Is Pro-active Buying strategy beneficial in all cases of there are some exceptions ?

Proactive is not always beneficial. If you make an analysis and see there will be a increase in demand for a particular goods/services and you buy that is beneficial as when the demand increases the price also increases however if your analysis turns negative. So use better analytical tools and strategy before you buy anything. Buying should not increase the cost of storage, holding the capital.
