As customer service agent must not have hardest day simply must be alert everytime and must be on to deliver unpararellel service at every point in time. Customers are small god.
Receiving phone calls and meeting clients more than500 in a day is probably the hardest part.
I'm almost all the time under pressure , but it will be very hard when troubles happen
Thanks for the invitation. That's not my expertise. I dont have to deal to many clients a day. I dont have any difficulty handling them all in a day.
Difficulties in communicating with customers due to lack of staff who speak English,and Service Provider may face difficulties in understanding the character a customer has these difficulties be its reference customer , or may be its reference the same basic service provider.
Customer service jobs are all about what? You guessed it, great customer service. It's not uncommon for a customer to approach an employee expecting them to solve a problem. A situational job interview question like, "tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer", will allow the employer to see if you can still offer awesome customer service while fixing an issue with a not so pleasant customer.
