CRM Seems to be small word , but it has many aspects under its three word Short form.

 

It covers all the major and minor aspects of Sales practices, technologies, strategies to every sector -whether it is a manufacturing unit or retail sales store.

 

SAP , KPI, SPSS for research and many more which helps us to know each customer and each parameter on sales in one software which are now a days cloud based.

Information tracked in a CRM system includes contacts, clients, contract wins and sales leads and more.
